Actualización de las notas de publicacion [debacle@debian.org: Release notes: String freeze]

Las notas de publicación se han "congelado". He actualizado los PO en el
repositorio de SVN y he actualizado los que he podido, ahora mismo las cosas
están así:

$ msgcheckdir 
about.po: 20 mensajes traducidos.
installing.po: 58 mensajes traducidos.
issues.po: 105 mensajes traducidos.
moreinfo.po: 21 mensajes traducidos.
old-stuff.po: 15 mensajes traducidos.
release-notes.po: 133 mensajes traducidos.
upgrading.po: 275 mensajes traducidos, 74 traducciones difusas, 18 mensajes sin traducir.
whats-new.po: 135 mensajes traducidos, 17 traducciones difusas, 3 mensajes sin traducir.


Habría que:

- actualizar upgrading.po y whats-new.po
- hacer una revision ortográfica de todos los PO, es decir, ejecutar (para
  cada PO):

    POFileSpell --command="iconv -f utf8 -t latin1 | ispell -l" -i FICHERO.po


He programado un pequeño script (adjunto) para detectar los cambios entre los
msgids antiguos y los nuevos. Puede ayudar para actualizar algunas de las
traducciones difusas que no han cambiado mucho, es muy sencillo de utilizar,
sólo hay que tener wdiff instalado y ejecutarlo pasándole por entrada
estándar el msgid nuevo y antiguo.

Por ejemplo, si tienes esto (en upgrading.po):

Lo pasa por entrada estándar al script (basta una copia y terminar con
Ctrl+D) y te devuelve que lo que ha cambiado es esto:

Es decir, se ha cambiado esa palabra. ¿Sencillo no?

Intentaré ir actualizando alguna que otra cosa, pero necesitaría ayuda para
terminar. El plazo para las traducciones es este jueves. ¿Voluntarios?

Hi,

since twenty minutes, as planned, the Debian release notes are
"string-frozen". I ask everyone to do any changes in the English
text only in collaboration with the translators. Thanks!

Translators: If nobody objects I ask you to finish translations
until Thursday, 2009-02-12 23:59 UTC. Not much time, sorry.

Remarks:

1. In en/release-notes.dbk lines 264..278 you find how to add
   translators credits. You are free to do what you find
   appropriate in your translation, but don't forget a
   "make validate LINGUA=xy" and "make statistics.html".
   One or the other might break, if you do sth. wrong.

2. I already removed the "DRAFT" from the release notes. This is
   to get a more realistic view of the document now and a better
   calculation of the final size.

3. For non-po translations: Please use the markers in all files:
   <!-- English version: 6543 -->
   <!-- Last translator: Your Name 2009-01-27 -->
   The version number is important for statistics.html - if the
   translation is older than the English version, the file is
   counted as 50%, if the header isn't present as 0%.

4. For dblatex languages (en, ca, da, de, es, fi, fr, it, ko,
   lt, nl, pt_BR, pt, ro, sk, and sv), there is a file
   hyphenation.tex for fixing hyphenation problems in LaTeX.
   Use it!

5. It seems, that we don't have translations for da, fi, ko, nl,
   or pl. We will deactivate these translations soon.
