Re: debiandoc-sgml wants to go international

Ahí va esto por si alguien quiere hacer alguna matización/corrección. Si
no hay objeciones, se lo mandaré mañana a Ardo.

Tengo un par de dudas en cuanto a "Copyright Notice" (se aceptan
sugerencias) y "Abstract" (por aquí se usa tal cual, pero tal vez sea
"anglofilia"...).
