Hmmm, that's mostly because the original string assumes that both parameters will always appear in the same order in translations, which is apparently not the case. Do you think there could be a way to arrange the Russian translation so that parameters appear in the same order than English? Even if the sentence is a bit more clumsy, it will at least be correct.
