баг mailman: команда newlist использует KOI8R



Вот такой вот собственно косяк.
отправил через reportbug инфу, но пока её видимо не разместили тут

when I create new mail list with command 'newlist' (through ssh), I see :

I Ctrl+C and change encogind terminal to KOI8R
then repeat command
