Hello.Russian translation of KVIrc has been updated. See official svn repo [0] for details (commits 3918 and 3919). There are 8 segments remain untranslated yet and the translation also must be checked before release. If you want to commit patch in upstream, you can find translators who can make commit in svn on #kvirc-ru@irc.freenode.net
