I'm tempted to apply that change unless someone from the Russian l10n team yells out loud. However, I'll only apply the part changing the translation, not Last-Translator....or Language-Team (both certainly come from Valentina's Lokalize setup to change these fields when editing a file...which is fine in general, but discouraged when only fixing a bug, IMHO).
