Hi Prabodh,

Thanks

Hi Bharathi,
Thanks for the translations. You can send the mail to the list so that others may be involved in the process too.
Some feedback:
1. ${DEVICE} ${SIZE} etc are variables and hence are not translated. Unnecessary spaces should not be introduced in between.
2. menu.lst, grub.cfg are file names and are not translated.
3. /boot/grub/menu.lst is a path to a file and spaces between them like / boot / grub / menu.lst should not be introduced.
4. It is fine to use google translate but the accuracy may be low. You can also get yourself one or two good English to Kannada dictionaries to help you.

Hope this is helpful. Please do make the changes.
Thanks
Vikram

Hello,

I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. I have used google translate and worked on most of the strings.

1. Is translate a reliable tool ( i used it to save time and as i am not fluent in kannada )?
2. When the string had words such as DEVICE  , translate output was the same as input. Is this the convention followed while localizing?

I have put down the Kannada equivalents in case of 2.

Thank You
