e probabilmente userei semplicemente "quando c'è un nuovo" (invece di
"non appena")
non che sia sbagliato ma in fondo sarebbe semplicemente "un nuovo file
mono-server4-hosts.conf." (penso tu abbia tradotto l'ultima riga ("conf
file" come "file di configurazione", ma "conf" è ancora un pezzo del
nome file... magari non è così, ma è la mia impressione; in ogni caso
non è che sia sbagliato).

Nella prima frase manca il periodo principale... cioè è un po' troppo in
forma stringata: direi qualcosa tipo (reimpastala come vuoi)
"Sembra essere presente qualche sito ASP.NET 1.0...."
io, personalmente, preferisco "versioni successive" a "versioni
superiori" (che mi fa sempre venire il dubbio che siano quelle
"sopra"... e sopra chi ci sta? le genitrici o le figlie??)
metterei una congiunzione es "e non è più possibile" oppure "quindi non
è più possibile"
direi s/Riconfigurare/È necessario riconfigurare
e direi s/per rigenerare/per informazioni su come rigenerare

Qui vedo un problema, che ho avuto anche con traduzioni simili
mie. Personalmente visto che è un server penso sarebbe meglio "avviare"
ad eseguire, perché poi lui rimane in esecuzione.
Il problema è "avviato all'avvio" che suona male-male. Io, prendendo
l'idea da qualche altra traduzione che non ricordo avevo usato "Far
partire XXX all'avvio del sistema" Vedi tu.
