In italiano si usano solo le virgolette doppie alte ("") o basse («»).

Hai anche dimenticato un «funzionera'» senza il carattere accentato giusto.

Usa le virgolette doppie e ricorda che le linee sono elementi geometrici 
privi di spessore, mentre quelle costituite da caratteri sono righe. :)

Inoltre, attorno ai comandi da shell, è consigliato l'uso delle 
virgolette caporali («»).
