lsattr & chattr

Salve a tutti, 

sto traducendo una parte relativa all'utilizzo di lsattr e chattr e ho qualche 
dubbio su come tradurre alcuni termini:

"With 'lsattr' you can list the attributes of a file and  with 'chattr' you 
can change them."

Attributes = attributi ?

"You really should consider this auditing of your  binaries as very important, 
since it is an easy way to recognize changes at your binaries."

Auditing = nel senso di modifica ? 

"There are  two flags which can only be set by the superuser."

Flags = parametri ?
