Das ist ein Fehler in Po4a, oder wenigstens eine Unzulänglichkeit. Die
Quelltexte sind in Asciidoctor geschrieben. Bei der direkten
Umwandlung aus diesem Format sieht das so aus [1]:

Ist auch nicht optimal, weil Zeilenumbrüche fehlen, aber, die URLs
sind wenigstens da. Was wir hier in manpages-l10n haben, wird aber aus
den Groff-Texten generiert, die aus den asciidoc-Quellen erstellt
werden. Im Quelltext von blkpr.1 sieht das so aus:

Warum Po4a die .URL-Zeilen unterschlägt, weiß ich auch nicht … Ist
aber bald nicht mehr relevant: Im kommenden util-linux-2.39 wird die
Erstellung der übersetzten Handbuchseiten aktiviert, und zumindest
Fedora wird sie ausliefern, wenn auch wahrscheinlich nur in einem
Subpaket [2]. Bei den anderen Distributionen werde ich mich wohl
selbst drum kümmern müssen, denn obwohl die Handbuchseitenerstellung
aktiviert wird, bricht die Installation nicht ab, wenn Po4a nicht
gefunden wird, so dass es die Paketbetreuer wohl gar nicht merken
werden.
Aber die direkt erzeugte HTML-Ausgabe ist auch noch nicht optimal [3].
Hier bleibt für die nächste Version noch etwas zu tun.
