publicity/announcements: Please update EoL / LTS paragraph in the 8.11 announcement

thanks for translating the announcement about the 8.11 release point!
We (press delegates) are in the process of publishing, and I just noted
that your translation may be outdated, because after the initial draft,
a change in one paragraph was done in the English version (see the
commit with the diff below), or see it here:
Since the change in the wording and the paragraph itself is a bit
sensitive, we didn't commit the German translation file to the website yet.
Could you update the German file in the announcements repo, or confirm
that this change was already included? Then we would commit the German
file to the website and trigger a rebuild of the News part in the
website so your translation is online ASAP.
