Das ist der Name der Schriftart, daher würde ich das groß schreiben.

Tuning würde ich mit abstimmen, einstellen oder abgleichen übersetzen,

oben bei der Auswahl hast Du nativ und autohinter kleingeschrieben.

Fontconfig groß. Das ist der Name des Programms, siehe z.B. 
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/font_configuration. Im nächsten 
Absatz hast Du es großgeschrieben.
