Die Wortliste hat hier die selben drei Begriffe für Tool als auch 
Utility. Finde ich nicht sehr glücklich, wenn beides im gleichen Text 
vorkommt. Ich werde hier Deine zweite Variante übernehmen (ist leserlicher).
