Stimmt. Werde es melden

Die Bezeichnungen hinter den Links (name=) sind im ganzen Dokument 
durchgängig übersetzt. Dieses »Counting potatoes« habe ich aus der 
verherigen Übersetzung übernommen. Die einzigen Anker im Dokument sind 
die Kapitelnummern.

Ja. Das scheint zu stimmen. Auf der Bildüberschrift ist es auch die 
debconf9. Die Nummerierung hat wohl bei 0 angefangen:
Z.B ist auf http://debconf4.debconf.org/ von der 5. Debconf die Rede.
