Hello,
this is my first try in translation
the german users may read the txt file where i tried to translate it
I think, that there are some things, that can help to show the german
users of Open source Software an simple example, like Knut did it with
the different language translation -
feel free to write it
It could be nice to translate it in some more languages to show the
people outside the "power of international edu-projekts"

Das Skolelinux-Team bemüht sich, die Kluft zu überbrücken zwischen den Menschen, die Zugang zu Computern als Teil ihrer Ausbildung haben und denen , die dieses nicht haben.
Im Auftrag, diese digitale Kluft zu überwinden, muss jede Generation über die Rechte an Technologie verfügen, diese einzusetzen, zu ändern und als Mittel zur Verbesserung der eigenen Zukunft zu gebrauchen.
Auf unserem Wege erstreben wir, die Übermittlung digitaler Fähigkeiten in Bildungseinrichtungen nachhaltig abzusichern sowie universellen Zugang zu den Technologien für alle zu ermöglichen.
Übersetzung Teil2:
Aus unserer Sicht werden Software Patente dazu eingesetzt, um die digitale Kluft zu erweitern und die Innovationen, die von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen ausgehen, zu behindern.
Es ist bedauerlich, das OASIS nicht auf die Signale der Politiker vieler Europäischer Länder achtet.
Der deutsche Bundestag ist ein Beispiel.
Hier wurde einstimmig dafür gestimmt, die Patentierungsdiskussion auf europäischer Ebene neu zu beginnen.
Hier wird Bezug genommen auf die gerichtliche Praxis des Bundesgerichtshofes, der eine praktikable Definition entwickelt hat:

Das Skolelinux Projekt hat die Übersetzung von OpenOffice.org in die zwei offiziellen norwegischen Sprachen unterstützt.
Wir arbeiten mit vielen der Norwegischen Gemeinden zusammen und helfen dort, freie Software für Schulen anzupassen und einzusetzen.
Wir sind sehr besorgt darüber,das der ?Softwarepatentsupport? seitens OASIS uns bei unseren Anstrengungen, die digitale Kluft zu überwinden, mit überflüssiger Bürokratie und mit hohen Kosten im Bezug auf maßlose Patentansprüche sowie banalen, gehaltlosen Patenten behindert.
Darum unterstützen wir die Initiative ?A Call to Action in OASIS?
