Inconsistencies in French apt translation of message level "Notice"

Bonjour!

As pointed out in

https://salsa.debian.org/apt-team/apt/-/merge_requests/474

we have some inconsistencies.

Notably the error levels in the new UX are translated as follows
(short names in the old UX included in (), these are untranslated):

    (D:) Debug: Débogage :
    (A:) Audit: Audit :
    (N:) Notice: Notification :
    (W:) Warning: Attention :
    (E:) Error: Erreur :

However the documentation at uses the following terms for notice:

    - annonce
    - avertissement

It seems useful to make sure to fix all of them to be "notification".

Merci!
