I completely agree with what you suggest. Ideally Arch could find their 
own review process for these pages. But from our point of view, I would 
say that what you propose is perfect: Jean commits or you commit for him 
non-Debian pages, he does not change other pages except if he uses the 
classical process here (we can help to do it), and I hope his work may 
be reviewed for this distro. But clearly, we would not like to handle 
the Arch review.
