Titre : rendre publiques les parties de la liste de diffusion debian-private dâ??un
intérêt historique.

<li> La résolution générale de 2005 intitulée « Publication des archives de la
liste debian-private » est abrogée.
<li>Les administrateurs de liste de diffusion de Debian ou dâ??autres personnes
déléguées par le chef du projet sont autorisées à déclassifier des extraits de
« -private » dâ??un intérêt historique, dâ??une manière procurant un délai minimal
suffisant et une possibilité pour les développeurs Debian de sâ??opposer
préalablement par une résolution générale à cette déclassification.
<li> Conformément au troisième paragraphe de son contrat social, les
développeurs de Debian sont fortement encouragés à utiliser la liste de
diffusion debian-private seulement pour les discussions qui ne devraient pas
être divulguées publiquement.
