I am sorry to bother you again, but, while testing the French-localized
apt-listbugs, I noticed that plurals were not working correctly.

It seems that the fr.po file that you sent me lacks the Plural-Forms
line...

According to
http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_mono/gettext.html#Plural-forms
the recommended Plural-Forms line for French is

  "Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=(n > 1);\n"

since the singular is used for zero and one items, while the plural
applies to any other number of items.

Do you confirm that this is the correct rule for French and that the
above Plural-Forms line is the one I should add to fr.po?

I tried to add this line to fr.po and indeed the plurals began to work
in French too, but, before applying this fix, I need to get
confirmation that this is really the correct Plural-Forms line for
French.

Please let me know.
Thanks for your time!
