please indicate where messages in debconf dialogue are worth a bug reportx

Dear English language team,

recently, I updated German messages in the debconf message catalogue
of postfix. I found that the set of original messages has flaws in
English language.

Would you go through my criticism and/or replacement suggestions and mark
a) messages where I am wrong (I am no native English speaker)
b) erroneous messages worth a formal bug report

Please set my mail address in the cc:

Best regards
Markus

REMARKS

Markup of keys, values, etc seems inconsistent through the
file. E.g. single quotation marks at least when configuration
parameters are mentioned for the first time.

Does debconf really use another font for words between underscores? Is it
necessaray to stress the word "ALL" by using capital letters?

Usage of 'larger than' and 'smaller than' may confuse. consider usage
of single quotation marks.

Do not make fun of debconf users. The joke seems quite trivial to me:

Do not make your machine send out mail from root@example.org unless
  root@example.org has told you.

msgid "Mail is not delivered to external delivery agents as root."

"as root" is highly confusing because one might think that the postfix
daemon is run by root. Apparently, the phrase refers to mails that
root shall recieve. Therefore

s
/Mail is not delivered to external delivery agents as root.
/Mails for 'root' will not be passed to external delivery agents.
