Urgh, no! That's "Denglisch" or "Germish", i.e. a mixture of German
and English and surely worse. :-)
The plan is the following:
* The source package will probably named "internationally": dpmb (for
either "Debian-Paket-Management-Buch" or "Debian Package Management
Book" since the website is also on www.dpmb.org.

And even then. I'd consider it common sense to have the primary
package description in English, and it should explicitly state that
the book is in a non-English language, like e.g.
