Christian used to handle most of the call-for-translations side of
this, but he's not been active on this list for the last few months.
Since this means not much has been passing through d-l-e, I personally
would welcome a bit of extra work... though I may mess up some of the
unfamiliar parts of the procedure as listed at
https://wiki.debian.org/I18n/SmithDebconfReviewProcess
