Yes, to the best of my knowledge but I honestly don't know for sure
as I didn't write this text originally and haven't encountered this
situation myself. Perhaps it would be more honest to remove this
advice for now. (I don't have time at the moment to investigate
in detail).

s/once/if/ but yes.

I take your point about the Debian branding. I wanted to include Debian
in case there are unofficial packages I don't know about, but that
is overly pedantic I suppose.
