There should be a colon at the end of this.

And that last item should be on a separated paragraph, if it keeps the
"moreover" word.

As the current description comes from a review in debian-l10n-english,
I tend to disagree with the comment on readability and would prefer
keeping the description as is.

IIRC, in the French translation, I turned the rather long enumeration
into several separated sentences. These are all the formatting changes
I did wrt original versions.
