Hi all,
Lintian didn't like this one:
W: dotlrn: using-question-in-extended-description-in-templates dotlrn/pg_grant_access
N:
N: The extended description of a debconf template should never include a
N: question.
N:
N: If this template is only used internally by the package and not
N: displayed to the user, put "for internal use" in the short description.
N:
N: Refer to Debian Developer's Reference section 6.5.3.2 (Description:
N: short and extended description) for details.
N:
N: Severity: normal, Certainty: certain
The template is:
Template: dotlrn/pg_grant_access
Type: boolean
_Description: Grant PostgreSQL access to the dotLRN user?
Should the PostgreSQL configuration in pg_hba.conf allow the
dotLRN user access?
How should i rewrite this? Maybe something like this?
_Description: Grant PostgreSQL access to the dotLRN user?
Answering yes, the installer will modify the PostgreSQL
configuration stored in pg_hba.conf in order to allow the
dotLRN user accessing the database.
Cheers, Héctor
