Much better, but it sounds as though it might be one in a family of
packages that also includes a "GeoLite binary database - editor" and
an "uploader" (or some such).  Maybe just:

 Description: GeoLite binary database downloader

Or then again maybe I'm trying too hard and we'd be better of with:

 Description: downloader for the GeoLite binary database
