Thanks a lot, I'll be also sending those modifications to upstream,
since much of the descriptions have been copied from their docs/webpage.

That's not a module used by GNU Dico server, it is rather a python
module that can be used by a software written python. Currently there is
this web interface 'dicoweb' (which is written in Python), this
interface allows one to make his dictionary server available via a
website, so what 'dicoweb' does is that it sits between the webserver
(Apache) and a dictionary server, so it fetches data from the dictionary
server like any dictionary client, so it uses dicoclient-python client
module to do so. I hope I was clear.
