Hello, I am currently translating international/Romanian.wml from the webpage into German. The updates added (amongst other) the following sentence:
The use of correct diacritics was legiferated in Romania.
I searched several dictionaries (both online and on dead trees) but could not find the word "legiferated" (or legiferate)[1]. Could some native speaker enlighten me what this sentence means? Thanks!
