The providing isn't on the web:
   _Description: No warranty of authenticity
This package provides a collection of translations which are
    publicly available on the web.

Make that:
attempting to provide the best expression of its meaning.

s/resistributed/redistributed/

Not gzipped, according to
http://packages.debian.org/sid/zekr-quran-translations-en/all/filelist

Then in the control file:
> +Description: Zekr Quran English translations

The templates file has "Qur'an" and the control file has "Quran".
I'd favour standardising on "Qur'an" wherever it isn't part of the
packagename, so that repository searches catch either. Of course,
that still leaves "Koran", "Qur'ān", "Ḳur’ân"...

> + This package provides translations can be used with Zekr, Quranic software.

Missing words, but rephrase:
This package provides translations for use with the free Qur'anic study
    tool Zekr.
