You don't break any rule. Comments from maintainers is part of the
review process....and we at least have a confirmation that things you
didn't comment about are agreed by you..:-)

You're right. This is an infortunate omission. Corrected.

Standardized, no. This is a policy we adopted over time. We use the
same policy in the French team for a while with quite some success.
