Yes, something like that seems good, unless the package adds code to
configure other web servers of course.

This seems a little wrong, as it wont set up Apache to be a web server
if it is not already. It is more setting up Apache to serve Mantis, but
I can't think of the correct way round to say that at the moment.
Can I suggest

Dropping the second automatically, and merging the last two sentences.
