I haven't checked closely but maybe dtc-xen templates are quite close to those from dtc which we reviewed recently. I eventually suggest you merge in the dtc templates if that's true. Good news, James, to see you jumping in. Of course, feel free to ask to hints when the time to work on translation stuff will come. For instance, the use of podebconf-report-po in the rewrite-call script I included in the toolkit is currently not perfect because of a bug in podebconf-report-po.
