I'm not sure I agree with the 'debian' thing, and haven't seen it used
as such. What on earth is a "special noun"?

I'm already twitching about the comment I made a moment about suggesting
that we default to US English ;) I reserve the right to change my
mind...

Attached is another suggested diff - with acknoledgement also to James.
Notes:
- -ise vs. -ize. Actually I prefer -ize as part of British English in
any case, but it is certainly correct for US English.
- Should debconf be capitalized?
- "its main aims are:" is "main" necessary? Does the project have any
secondary aims?
- I've added a short closing sentence thanking the maintainer for
reading up to that point.
