In English orthography, the terminal punctuation abuts the last word in the
sentence.  So,

Enable virtual chroots?

This grammar is inexact.  I recommend

Users restricted to chroots can usually access only their respective home
directories.

I'd say:

In virtual chroots, symbolic links are followed even if they point to
directories outside the user's home.

users, for example by creating a symbolic link to /var/incoming in each
home directory.
