"menu entry" is two words, most of the attached patch is
making that change.  "rearrange" not "re-arrange".  I also
removed a "by the way".

Periods (".") seemed to be missing at the end of most
messages.  I didn't change that since I'm not sure which
need them, but suspect there is some inconsistency still
needing a fix.
