And we want them to stay that way, thus the automatic message pointing you
at something to fix if they aren't empty.

Parsing <http://www-master.debian.org/build-logs/webwml/wml_run.log> would
do, that's what the webmasters do and relay to the people in charge when
needed (and if one does to many mistakes, they can get subscribed to the
error log, that's how the webmasters team enrolls newcomers ;-). Of
course, anyone can be subscribed on request, but there are sometimes false
positive (e.g., due to a temporary network issue). In general, you should
build the page you edited to make sure it doesn?t break before a commit,
so you don't get into our radar too quickly ;).
