It sends a daily message in case there is a validation error (i.e., if <http://www-master.debian.org/build-logs/tidy/nl> or <http://www-master.debian.org/build-logs/validate/nl> is not empty). We don’t send automatic messages in case there is a build error, but as can seen attached, a webwml/dutch/devel/debian-installer/index.wml recent update seems to have introduced a new issue, please fix it.
