[LCFC2] po-debconf://dnprogs (10 strings)

Ik heb de laatste versie van het source package opgehaald, en er waren
wat wijzigingen in het template. Hierbij dus een aangepaste versie
meteen als lcfc2.

Ik hang de diff met de vorige nl.po er ook aan, dat kijkt wat sneller
als je de vorige lcfc al had bekeken.
