nl_NL install: accented characters not shown correctly

I have done a Dutch language installation today for testing translation 
problems. After selecting language nl_NL, the country-chooser menu ("Land 
kiezen") shows UTF-8 coded characters instead of the proper accented 
character.

Example: 'België' (Europa) is displayed as 'België'

On other screens accented characters are shown correctly, so maybe this is 
just an error in the encoding of the nl.po file.

The test was on my Toshiba Satellite laptop, sarge_d-i i386 netinst CD booted 
with 'expert26'.
