#<H3>什麼是 Debian 中文計劃？</H3>
<P>「中文 Debian 計劃」是主要在已建及開發的 Debian 系統上重新開發一套\
全中文的 Debian 系統。再進一步的是從更高的層次上修改系統流程及結構，\
從而達到令 Debian 更適合初階使用者使用但又可以同時保留 Debian 原有系統的\
靈活性和彈性。

<H1>計劃由來</H1>
<P>搞 Debian 中文計劃的目的是為了建立一套適合於所有中國及亞洲\
地區人仕使用的 GNU/Linux Distribution。事實上不少的市場研究指出，\
因為 GNU/Linux 社會而產生的經濟模式 (Economic Model) 確實切合華人需要。\
選擇 Debian 的原因是基於它有良好的隱定性及自由精神，以它為基礎應該是最好\
不過了。

<LI>希望 Debian 中文計劃可以幫助增進海峽兩岸及海外華僑間的聯繫。\
