thanks for your patch.
I have tried it out, but unfortunately I get some square 'placeholder'
characters in the pdf (for example the chinese characters within 
"<filename>systemctl restart <replaceable> 服務名稱</replaceable>.service</"
"filename>" )

File is attached.
