They're not commonly available in stores. However, Large Format Computing, Inc
manufactures them and sells them worldwide. See:

Spanish keyboards aren't available in stores in Italy or France. Since they
have to order a keyboard from somewhere else for the specific purpose of writing
in Catalan, why would they prefer a keyboard that hasn't been specificaly
dessigned for writing in Catalan (the Spanish), before one that has been
dessigned specificaly for that purpose?
In Spain and Andorra, it is different: Spanish keyboards are the "default".
They're available in stores, etc.
