Hello,as a workaround, I'm booting from a bootonly.iso CD (nice idea to have included that ISO file in Knoppix), and my Knoppix USB key is properly detected and started.
Unfortunately, it looks like the changes performed during a session started that way are not saved on the USB key.
Is there anything that I can do to solve that problem ? Thanks, Denis Le 02/05/2018 à 15:48, Denis prost a écrit :
Hi everyone,I posted some days ago about creating a live persistent Knoppix usb key with custom cheatcodes and succeeded using flash-knoppix and then modifying sysllinux.cfg.Now I'm facing a new problem : boot hangs on "verifying DMI pool data" on an Acer Aspire Desktop computer, while it works perfectly on my Toshiba TECRA A10-11T notebook.I searched the web for a solution, but couldn't find it. Any idea how to solve this ? Thanks, Regards, Denis
