for some https connections throws an ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED, which seems to be a known bug in Chromium, which in turn seems to be fixed in newer versions. Upgrading to a current version (for example 55.0.2883.75) fixes this problem.
