Patch French l10n for ADRIANE

Hi,

I couldn't find a code repository to send patch, so I made the translation based on adriane_1.4-5 source package.you can download files for French language here:

to update the package:
apt-get source adriane
cd adriane-1.4
tar xjvf fr-l10n.tar.bz2

it add fr to makefile and add a new po/fr/ directory with translation files
and then rebuild the deb package.
