Has anyone been able to boot
knoppix 6.5 in VirtualBox 4.0.8? In my case it gets hung at Starting udev [audio, graphics, input]... The green progress bar is almost at the right end of the screen, where the cursor (if that is what you call it) is spinning. Apparently it is trying to figure out what xserver to use because every once in a while it flashes a screen with what appears to be failed attempts at starting the X server. Thanx for your help. JD |
