Expert mode == Kernel panic?

Hi all,

I just wanted to use the expert mode with the new Knoppix 5.3.1 and repeatedly 
end up with a kernel panic (SCSI autoprobe, no additional modules from 
floppy, boom!). Can anybody else reproduce this bug?

PS: I did send the same mail yesterday but it somehow did not make it to the
