[debian-knoppix] scsi emulation
i'm trying to get my CD writer working with a new kernel(2.4.24), but it keeps
showing up as an ide device. the modules are loaded, but it only seems to
work with the origianal 2.4.22 kernel that came with knoppix.
to help speed my troubleshooting is there a way to change the device to scsi
with out rebooting?
