Yes, but it is more free than the SDK. ;-)

The "final" version of Sun's Java RE is allowed for redistribution in
binary form, for non-commercial as well as commercial use, without
license fees. This is good enough for me, as long as there is no
complete working free alternative.

The Beta versions of the Java-RE, which are currently in Debian,
are, hoever, NOT freely distributable. The license is more restrictive.
So, I'm currently using the (non-packaged) RE from Blackdown for sid.

Well, can you provide a package? Or just let me know which of the
eclipse debian packages I can install without dependencies to another
non-free Java-RE?
